This Level 1 ½-Day course provides colleagues with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions and the skills to start a conversation. The purpose is to learn how to signpost the person towards professional help. This course could be offered as a certificated course for a group of up to 16 colleagues, or as an uncertificated inset course for a whole staff body.
