This regulated course is aimed at people who lead or take part in outdoor activities, sporting events, or high-risk activities. It covers essential first aid as well as medical emergencies and major injuries. It takes two days, with plenty of practical elements to the course and is completed with a short, paper-based test at the end. It would be ideal for school staff leading a residential trip, or those who run DofE expeditions, sports courses or clubs.
